The main dogs used are Siberian Huskies or Alaskan Malamutes
These are solid and friendly dogs trained to pull the sledges.
Prepare before you go dog-sledging

Dog Sledging Tours Insurance
This is where you go on a Camp for 4 or 5 nights and stay in different camps ( often heated tents ! ) every night, and the mode of transport is the Dog sledges.
