What is a Family on a Ski Travel Insurance policy ?

The definition of a Family for Travel Insurance purposes is two adults and their dependents who are under the age of 18, living at home with you and in full time education. In this scenario, a dependent is considered as children, grandchildren, step children, adopted children or foster children. If you child is under 1 year of age, you should put their age as 1.

There is no limit the number of children that can be covered, as long as they are related to the adults named on the policy.

What is the age limit on a Ski Travel Insurance policy ?

Single Trip cover is not available to anyone aged 75 or over on the date of purchasing this Travel Insurance policy.

With our JS Travel Insurance policies online, Annual Multi Trip is not available to anyone aged 65 or over on the date of purchasing this Travel Insurance policy. If you reach the age of 65 years during the period of insurance, cover will continue until the next renewal date but not thereafter.

It is imperative that you declare any pre existing medical conditions (and we cover most of them). If you do not then you run the risk of, should anything medically happen to you while you are away, not being covered. So think about if there is any medical conditions that you want to declare in order to get the best Travel Insurance Policy . Please contact us to that we can provide you with a quote with cover for your medical conditions.

Make sure you get Cancellation or Curtailment cover within your Policy Benefits as if a Relative is taken ill and you cannot travel then you are covered.

If you are medically fit to travel and you have declared your medical conditions then you will still be covered for Cancellation or Curtailment, so this is also important
