Don't go on a winter sports holiday without declaring your medical conditions, as medical treatment abroad can be expensive. Even if the medical condition is unrelated to your injury or illness, it can sometimes impact any medical claim.
It is an excellent idea for your Doctor to show the quote and for the Doctor to ensure you have answered the medical questions correctly. This is also important, as if you make a claim, they will ask your Doctor for a medical report.
ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury)
This is a common injury among skiers, as the sport puts a significant strain on the knees with the turns. This injury is more common in Women than Men, as they have wider hips, and boys tend to do much more intense sports from a young age.
